Paul is an internationally recognised authority on customer service and a former director of the Institute of Customer Service
He has worked with public and private sector clients all over the world and spoken at conferences in Australia, Europe, Africa and the US. Previously Paul was CEO for Ford Credit, where he spent many years developing customer service before orchestrating a worldwide training programme.
He is a regular TV and radio personality, appearing on You and Yours, the Today Programme, Working Lunch, Five Live, Watchdog and many others, and has written numerous articles for newspapers, magazines, and books.
Paul has also judged numerous awards programmes including the European Call Centre Awards, National Customer Service Awards and the National Business Awards.
