Jo has a degree in Management and Mathematics from The University of Sheffield and the Certificate in Training Practice from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She is also a member of the CIPD.
Jo is an experienced change manager with an extensive track record in internal communications, coaching and behaviour change. She brings NLP-based techniques to a range of media including face-to-face, print and digital.
