Charlotte earned a BA Economics degree from The University of Sheffield in 2009, and continued as a postgraduate studying for a Masters in Economics.
She graduated in January 2011 and joined Customer Plus in March. Since joining the company Charlotte has assisted with a number of different projects and will soon start her CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing.
