Aloysia originally worked with Customer Plus during her vacations from Sheffield University from where she graduated in 2004 with a joint honours degree in Hispanic and Business Studies.
After spending a year full time at Customer Plus Aloysia joined Rolls Royce in 2005 working in learning and development, recruitment and business transformation. During this time Aloysia gained a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management. Aloysia rejoined Customer Plus early in 2010 to focus on change related communications programmes.
